Upon full payment, you will receive the agreed-upon usage rights as specified in your service agreement. You retain ownership of any materials, content, or assets you provide to us.

6. Service Delivery and Performance

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as sales figures, follower counts, or conversion rates. Marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and product/service quality.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manushak Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
